How to Change or Add Preferred Counties

Open Counties and Billing

Log in to your account.
On the left-hand menu, select Counties and Billing (or go directly to https://app.probatedata.com/account/billing).
Click the Edit Counties dropdown button.

Remove or Replace a County

Select and remove the county you no longer want.
Choose the state and then the new county you want to add.
Apply the changes to update your preferred counties.

Understand Subscription Changes

Swapping one county for another does not change your monthly subscription fee.
Adding an extra county beyond your plan's limit incurs an additional monthly charge. Confirm the change to apply any necessary charges.
If changing counties causes an unexpected price change, contact support before confirming the change.
If a state or county is not shown, it may not be available. The options only include available counties; for example, Virginia may not appear when its only available county is already selected.
