**How to Customize and Use Columns in Probate Data**

1. **View and Understand Default Columns**

* The default columns in search results include:

* Case ID
* Filing Date
* Property City and Zip Code
* Market Status (e.g., Available, Sold)
* Last Sale Date
* Lead Status
2. **Customize Columns**

* Click on **Customize Columns** to access additional options.
* Move desired columns from the available list to the displayed list by clicking the arrow. Examples include:

* CoreLogic AVM (market value estimate)
* Lawyer information
* Property details (e.g., bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, lot size)
3. **Apply and Sort Columns**

* Click **Apply Changes** to update the displayed columns.
* Use the column headers to sort data, such as:

* CoreLogic AVM: Sort properties from highest to lowest market value.
* Lawyer Name: Identify cases with or without legal representation (e.g., “Pro Per” indicates no lawyer).
4. **Filter by Specific Criteria**

* Use **Modify Filters** to further narrow results based on new column data.
* For example, filter for “Pro Per” cases where the petitioner represents themselves.
5. **Prospect Efficiently**

* Customize and sort columns to focus on the most relevant information for your needs, such as high-value properties or cases with specific legal statuses.

**Summary:** Customize the columns in your Probate Data search results to display and sort information that matters most to you, enabling efficient prospecting and analysis.
