**How to Use the Chat Bot on Probate Data**

1. **Access the Chat Bot**

* Locate the chat bot icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
* A yellow dot indicates the chat bot is ready to assist.
2. **Start or View a Conversation**

* Click the icon to open the chat interface.
* View past messages or start a new conversation by typing your query (e.g., "How do I find leads with phone numbers?").
3. **Send Your Message**

* Submit your question, and the team will respond within a few business hours.
* Responses are sent via email to the address associated with your account.
4. **Collapse the Chat Bot**

* Use the collapse button to minimize the chat window and return to your tasks.
