How to Customize and Use Columns in Probate Data


  1. View and Understand Default Columns


  • The default columns in search results include:


  • Case ID
  • Filing Date
  • Property City and Zip Code
  • Market Status (e.g., Available, Sold)
  • Last Sale Date
  • Lead Status
  1. Customize Columns


  • Click on Customize Columns to access additional options.
  • Move desired columns from the available list to the displayed list by clicking the arrow. Examples include:


  • CoreLogic AVM (market value estimate)
  • Lawyer information
  • Property details (e.g., bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, lot size)
  1. Apply and Sort Columns


  • Click Apply Changes to update the displayed columns.
  • Use the column headers to sort data, such as:


  • CoreLogic AVM: Sort properties from highest to lowest market value.
  • Lawyer Name: Identify cases with or without legal representation (e.g., “Pro Per” indicates no lawyer).
  1. Filter by Specific Criteria


  • Use Modify Filters to further narrow results based on new column data.
  • For example, filter for “Pro Per” cases where the petitioner represents themselves.
  1. Prospect Efficiently


  • Customize and sort columns to focus on the most relevant information for your needs, such as high-value properties or cases with specific legal statuses.
