How to Look Up an Address in Probate Data
- Start a New Search
- Log in to your account and click on New Search.
- Select the state (e.g., Florida) and continue to pick the county (e.g., Sarasota or Palm Beach).
- If you’re unsure of the filing date, select the entire year as a safe starting point.
- Hit Search to generate results.
- Use Modify Filters for Address Details
- Click on Modify Filters in the top-right corner of the search results screen.
- Scroll to the Deceased Filters section and locate the field for "Deceased Street."
- Enter the street name or full address (e.g., "Corning Circle" or "7191 Corning Circle").
- Search Results
- If you enter only the street name, all cases related to that street will appear.
- If you enter the full address, the exact match will be displayed.
- Adjust Filters if Needed
- If no results appear, refine your search by adding more counties or adjusting the date range.
- Repeat the process by updating the "Deceased Street" filter as needed.
