How to Search by City or Zip Code in Probate Data


  1. Start a New Search


  • Log in to your account and go to the dashboard.
  • Click on New Search and select your state (e.g., California), then your county (e.g., Los Angeles County).
  • Choose a filing date range (e.g., July 1 to July 31) and hit Search.
  1. Filter by City


  • Click Modify Filters and navigate to Deceased Filters.
  • Enter the city name in the "City" field (e.g., Rancho Palos Verdes).
  • Click Search to see results for that city.
  1. Filter by Zip Code


  • Return to Modify Filters and clear the city field.
  • Enter one or more zip codes in the "Zip Code" field (e.g., 90403, 90210). Use commas and spaces to separate multiple zip codes.
  • Click Search to view results matching the zip codes.
  1. Review Results


  • Results will display matching cases, including statuses such as "Available" or "Sold."
  • Example: Searching for zip codes 90808 and 90210 may yield results for properties in Long Beach and Beverly Hills.
