How to Use the Chat Bot on Probate Data
- Access the Chat Bot
- Locate the chat bot icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- A yellow dot indicates the chat bot is ready to assist.
- Start or View a Conversation
- Click the icon to open the chat interface.
- View past messages or start a new conversation by typing your query (e.g., "How do I find leads with phone numbers?").
- Send Your Message
- Submit your question, and the team will respond within a few business hours.
- Responses are sent via email to the address associated with your account.
- Collapse the Chat Bot
- Use the collapse button to minimize the chat window and return to your tasks.
