How to Use the Chat Bot on Probate Data

1. Access the Chat Bot

• Locate the chat bot icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
• A yellow dot indicates the chat bot is ready to assist.

2. Start or View a Conversation

• Click the icon to open the chat interface.
• View past messages or start a new conversation by typing your query (e.g., "How do I find leads with phone numbers?").

3. Send Your Message

• Submit your question, and the team will respond within a few business hours.
• Responses are sent via email to the address associated with your account.

4. Collapse the Chat Bot

• Use the collapse button to minimize the chat window and return to your tasks.
